Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for educating and helping clients understand their insurance options
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion
- Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Team-oriented attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients, resolving inquiries with empathy and expertise
- Educate policyholders on coverage details, policy changes, and insurance solutions to help them make informed decisions
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services, building stronger client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry standards
