Position Summary
You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to support, strengthen and grow Erie Title’s relationships throughout the Northwest Ohio territory. This position serves as an important liaison between our real estate partners, clients and Erie Title’s escrow team.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Business Development
- Assist the Relationship Manager to develop and implement strategies to maintain, strengthen and grow existing business relationships throughout Northwest Ohio.
- Maintain awareness of monthly, quarterly and annual transaction goals and performance targets for the Northwest Ohio territory and work with the Relationship Manager to develop individualized action plans for agents and offices that do not meet established transaction targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase Erie Title utilization through targeted outreach, relationship building, education and increased office engagement.
- Attend office meetings, sales meetings, trainings, networking opportunities and industry events throughout the region.
- Provide professional notary closing services throughout the Northwest Ohio territory as needed.
- Coordinate with the escrow team to help ensure a smooth closing experience for agents and clients and serve as an additional point of contact for agents and offices when questions, concerns or service needs arise.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Erie Title processes, services and closing procedures in order to effectively assist our customers.
- Ohio Notary License
- Experience in the real estate, title, escrow, mortgage and/or related industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to understand and monitor production goals, transaction activity and performance trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative with the Relationship Manager and escrow team.
- Professional, positive and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Northwest Ohio territory as needed.
