Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President of Howard Hanna Southeast. The ideal candidate is execution-focused and proficient in handling complex administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing information, and coordinating responsibilities across real estate operations. This role requires flexibility and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This is an in office role.
Primary Responsibilities
Success will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of reporting, completion of meeting action items, quality of presentations, successful implementation of company initiatives, and the overall effectiveness of support provided to the President.
