Location: Amherst, NY
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday
Howard Hanna seeks a full-time Accounting Coordinator to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a customer service background looking for the next step in their career. Position Description:
- Provide customer service and support for office administrative staff
- Close transactions, distribute commission checks
- Apply commission and escrow deposits including balancing reports
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Engage in company values
- Two years of experience in an operations support/customer service role or related experience
- Two year degree preferred
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
The hourly rate is based on location and experience ranging from $25-27 per hour.
