SUMMARY OF JOB:   The IT Intern will assist the Help Desk Manager with updating and deploying new computers to staff at our corporate and local branch offices. Some local travel may be involved to nearby branches. The IT Intern will also work with our Help Desk staff to troubleshoot IT issues via the phone, email, and in person. The IT Intern will report to the Help Desk Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, email and in-person channels for desktop pcs, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, network and peripheral equipment. 
  • Ensure all incidents are resolved against service level agreements including logging and tracking of support requests
  • Partner with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents
  • Assist with updating and deploying new computer equipment to offices
